The North Vernon Parks & Recreation Department offers patrons the opportunity to participate in skateboarding year round. Skaters, if under the age of 18, must have a waiver form signed by a parent or legal guardian; if over 18, patrons must fill out a waiver form.

Skaters must follow all posted rules to skate. Helmets are required and must be strapped closed. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children under 18 years of age.
